S945

Key Features

  1. OEM standard dimensions, compatible with multiple Japanese light commercial vehicles
  2. Composite friction material ensures smooth braking performance and effectively reduces noise levels.
  3. Enhanced horseshoe structure provides strong resistance to deformation under heavy-load operating conditions.
  4. Heat-resistant and wear-resistant; continuous braking does not readily cause thermal degradation.

Product Overview

The S945 drum brake shoes are compatible with the rear drum braking systems of various Japanese light-duty trucks and pickups, providing both driving and parking braking functions. The product is manufactured using precision molds based on original factory specifications; the brake shoe body is constructed from thickened, high-strength stamped steel plates paired with high-performance composite friction linings, ensuring a stable and balanced coefficient of friction. Designed for urban freight transport and scenarios involving frequent starts and stops, these brake shoes deliver linear and smooth braking performance, minimize vibration and abnormal noises, offer excellent wear resistance and durability, and exhibit superior anti-thermal fade performance. As standard complete sets of replacement parts, they can be installed directly in place of the original vehicle components without requiring chassis modifications. They provide consistent and stable braking force across all road conditions, thereby ensuring the driving safety of light commercial vehicles.

Matters Need Attention

  1. Brake shoes should be replaced as complete pairs; replacing only one side is prohibited.
  2. Before installation, clean the brake drum of oil stains, rust, and brake dust.
  3. When the friction lining wears down to its maximum thickness, replace the entire set promptly.
  4. It is strictly prohibited for grease to contaminate the friction pads, as this may lead to brake failure.
  5. After loading, perform low-speed warm-up; avoid emergency braking for a short period of time.
  6. During assembly, perform a synchronous inspection of the return spring and the gap adjuster to verify their condition.
  7. During the assembly and commissioning phase, ensure that the wheel rotation is free of any drag or hesitation.
