S1117

Key Features

  1. OEM standard dimensions, compatible with a variety of Japanese light commercial vehicles.
  2. Composite friction material provides smooth braking performance and excellent noise reduction.
  3. The reinforced horseshoe structure provides strong resistance to deformation under heavy-load operating conditions.
  4. High heat resistance and excellent wear resistance; continuous braking does not readily cause thermal degradation.

Product Overview

S1117 Drum brake shoes are compatible with the rear drum braking systems of various Japanese light-duty trucks and pickups, providing dual functions for both driving brakes and parking brakes. The product is manufactured using precision-molded components according to original manufacturer standards; the brake shoe body is constructed from thickened, high-strength stamped steel plates paired with high-performance composite friction linings, ensuring a stable and balanced coefficient of friction. These brake shoes are suitable for commercial applications such as short-distance freight transport and frequent start-stop operations, offering smooth braking performance, effective suppression of vibration and abnormal noises, as well as excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and anti-thermal degradation properties. The standard complete set of accessories can be directly replaced with the original parts without any modifications, delivering consistent and stable braking force to ensure the safety of vehicle driving and braking operations.

Matters Need Attention

  1. Brake shoes should be replaced as complete pairs; replacing them individually on either side is prohibited.
  2. Before installation, clean the brake drum of oil stains, rust, and brake dust.
  3. When the friction lining wears down to its maximum thickness, replace the entire set promptly.
  4. It is strictly prohibited for grease to contaminate the friction lining to avoid causing brake failure.
  5. After loading, perform low-speed warm-up; avoid emergency braking for a short period of time.
  6. During assembly, perform a synchronous inspection to check the return spring and the clearance adjuster.
  7. Complete assembly and perform debugging to ensure that the wheel rotation is free of any drag.
