1. Brake shoes should be replaced as complete pairs; single-sided replacement is not permitted.
2. Before installation, clean the interior of the brake drum of oil stains, rust, and dust.
3. Replace the friction lining immediately when its wear reaches the minimum thickness.
4. It is strictly prohibited for grease to contaminate the friction pads, as this may lead to brake failure.
5. After loading new components onto the vehicle, perform low-speed warm-up; avoid sudden hard braking within a short period of time.
6. During assembly, simultaneously inspect the return spring and adjustment mechanism.
7. After completion of installation and commissioning, ensure that the wheels rotate without any drag or resistance.
