The 12KH heavy-duty hydraulic drum brake is designed for 12K-class heavy trailers, construction machinery trailers, and heavy-duty RVs. Operated by hydraulic oil pressure, it delivers high braking torque and excellent braking linearity, featuring a 12-inch oversized brake drum with self-adjusting brake shoes, making it ideal for heavy towing, long-distance freight transport, and engineering applications.

Maintain (Service)

  • After use in rainy or snowy conditions with muddy surfaces, clean the exterior of the brakes of accumulated mud and sand, and inspect the oil lines for leaks.
  • Perform quarterly inspections of brake shoe wear, hydraulic sub pump sealing integrity, spring elasticity, and hub sealing.
  • Overloading or excessive weight during operation is prohibited to prevent damage to the shaft and braking components due to overload.
  • Replace brake fluid regularly and apply lubricating grease to the bearings.
