The 8KH heavy-duty drum brake is specifically designed for axle systems of 8,000-pound American-style trailers, RVs, and freight trailers, supporting both electromagnetic and hydraulic braking configurations. Featuring thickened brake shoes with high-performance wear-resistant friction pads, combined with a corrosion-resistant housing and a high-strength hub mounting structure, it delivers stable braking output and smooth, linear response, making it ideal for demanding heavy-duty applications such as outdoor construction sites, long-haul freight transport, and recreational RVs. It is the preferred braking assembly for heavy-duty trailer axles.

III. Maintenance Requirements
After use under muddy, rainy, or snowy conditions, clean the hub and brake sealing structures to extend their service life.
Quartly inspection: brake shoe wear, braking performance, spring elasticity, and hub bearing seal integrity
Overloading is strictly prohibited to protect the shaft, bearings, and brake assembly structure.
Apply grease according to the recommended usage cycle and maintain the bearings.
During descent, avoid prolonged continuous braking to prevent brake thermal degradation.
The structure is robust and capable of withstanding heavy loads, featuring smooth driving and braking performance.
