III. Maintenance (Preservation)

  1. After working in muddy or rainy conditions, promptly clean mud and debris from wheel hub seals and brake assemblies to extend the service life of seals and prevent corrosion.
  2. Quarterly inspection: Check for brake shoe wear, braking performance, condition of the return spring, and whether there is water or mud leakage in the hub seal.
  3. Overloading is strictly prohibited to prevent deformation and damage to the shaft, bearings, or brakes due to excessive load.
  4. Follow the product manual to regularly replenish bearing grease.
  5. Regularly inspect the wiring and the electrophoretic coating on the brake backplate, and promptly repair any damaged areas.
